Wii Fit after two months of use ;)
So, after 2 months of Wii Fit abuse I’ve finally lost my first 0,5 kg :). It doesn’t seem that cool, but on the other hand I’m feeling much better already and my body seems in much better shape than it was. I don’t get tired so easily, I can run for a long time and I don’t sit on a couch watching TV for that hour I’m playing with Wii. So my 45 or so days and more than 18 hours of total play time is paying back :). Not that fast, but what you going to do? Go to a gym :)?
BTW, I eat like I always eat – quite a lot :).
The most effective way to loose calories is still a good run and a hula hoop. Keep that in mind :).
